It also has a separate dining room. The primary suite is luxurious with its king-sized bed and walk-in shower, double sink vanity and huge closet. There are two additional guest rooms set privately that have queen and full size beds. Also, a bonus versatile flex room can be used as a den or office. The kitchen is complete with a gas range/oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee and expresso maker, cooking and dinnerware. The unit includes LG Smart washer and dryer. Several weeks supply of consumables are provided to get you going. Luxurious hotel quality bedding and towels are provided. Weekly cleaning service options are available. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Applications are prequalified by the property manager and HOA association. A detailed fact sheet and lease is presented for signature. A reserve deposit (to be returned at end of lease period) is required to reserve the unit. Monthly lease September thru December is $6,500, minimum 2 months. Hospitality taxes as applicable.
