Covered Garage and a second not covered garage in front of building and almost right in front of door. Bus stop is right outside the Cabana in the front. I enjoy the newly remodeled Gym, and Cabana. Outside is a Pool and jacuzzi with an area to cook on a BBQ. My unit has a storage unit within the building to store things. I have a covered carport for one car and another uncovered space almost Infront of door of the condo. Garbage is across the street and super nearby, the only closer unit is in my building is my neighbor and a unit across the street. My wife will tell you she loves our new hardwood floors looking laminate. It is waterproof. It is also a modern light grey color. All our appliances are new from the original. Steel Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave Dishwasher and sink. Both of the toilets have been replaced and have a ton more life. Under the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks the old pvc has been replaced with steel braid hoses. To the right of the door (if facing it) is a French draining system of medium-large rocks. Lights for two of the front bedrooms have been replaced. One of the front rooms has a walking bathroom by sliding door and the lights have been replaced in there too. The main bedroom is very unique has it is very long rectangle and has walk-in closet and the attached bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower and a big tub.
