In your studio you'll find a full kitchen and bathroom with ample living space and storage. Each unit has been crafted with high quality finishes and energy efficient appliances. Sound is buffered through 4 inches of sound insulation in each wall of the studio so you don't hear unwanted noise from outside your apartment. While your studio has everything you need for day to day life, the basement of Studio House has everything else. A large community space houses a community kitchen, conference room, co work space, and Studio House living room. Our fitness studio is the perfect gym for any workout with a full weight rack, treadmill, elliptical, dumbbells, and more. Step outside the community space to the shared courtyard where you can grill and chill in the open air looking right up to the beautiful blue sky. Tenant pays electric through PECO and water bill through online portal. Quiet hours nightly at 10pm.
