Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry closet. There is some lakeview from cabin and it is only a short walk or golfcar ride to lake and boatramp. Cabin has a good roof and propane for heat. This is an low priced place that needs only a small amount of repairs to be ready for summer and lake enjoyment.
