Whether you're in town for a work assignment, relocating to the area, working remotely, or simply need a beautiful temporary home while your own home is being renovated or repaired, this fully furnished home is designed to make your transition easy and comfortable. Midterm Lease Terms: This is a fully furnished home available for a midterm lease. The rent includes all utilities as well as WiFi service, grounds keeping and snow removal. Duration of stay: 3 months with option to extend. Monthly rent: $6000 A $3,500 security deposit is required prior to move-in. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the home is returned in good condition in accordance with the lease agreement. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for any approved pets residing in the home. No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking home. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside the home, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cannabis, e-cigarettes, or other smoking/vaping products. Smoking is also not permitted in or around the home in a manner that allows smoke or odors to enter the property. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, and remediation charges to fully remove smoke odors and residue. Utilities: Monthly utilities are included up to a combined maximum of $500 per month. This allowance covers electricity, gas, water/sewer, and other standard utilities. Any utility costs exceeding $500 in a billing month will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed based on the actual amount over the $500 allowance. There is a two car garage also available. The home has a fenced yard. Pet Policy: One cat or one small dog is allowed with prior approval. Pets are not permitted on any beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture/furnishings. Guests must provide a pet mat or bed for the pet; one can be provided upon request. Guests are responsible for keeping the pet off all furniture and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning required. Guests are required to clean up after their pets immediately and ensure all pet waste is properly disposed of. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Parking: guest may use the two car garage for parking. Cars can also be parked on the driveway. Please do not block or park on the neighbors driveway. Basic Housekeeping: Guests are responsible for the basic day-to-day care and cleanliness of the home during their stay. This includes washing dishes, laundering towels and linens as needed, keeping bathrooms clean and tidy, wiping down surfaces, taking out trash, and generally leaving the home in a clean and orderly condition. Guests are not expected to perform deep cleaning or maintenance; however, reasonable everyday housekeeping is the guest's responsibility. Monthly Cleaning Service: A professional cleaning service is available once per month for an additional $150 fee. This service is optional and can be arranged as part of your stay. Guests remain responsible for basic day-to-day housekeeping between cleanings. Snow Removal: Following a snowfall, the driveway will be plowed by a professional snow removal service. Guests are responsible for clearing and maintaining the sidewalks, walkways, steps, and entrance to the home as needed for safe access to and from the property.
