    Location is wonderful, 5 minutes to down town and shopping. Home has had lots of updating, new windows in 2008, new kitchen cabinets {built by the owner} in 2015, new roof in 2018, new HVAC and exterior painted in 2019 and new floor and railings on side porch in 2020. Hardwood floors throughout except kitchen and bath. Covered front and side porches. The yard is beautiful, level for kids to play or put in a pool, a huge garden and on the right side are large trees for shade and a picnic table. There's also a creek along the back of the property. The two newer storage buildings do not convey.
