This 1950s home was built by our grandparents. It is well constructed and in very good structural condition. The roof has just been replaced. The home still needs to be repainted on the inside as well as other cosmetic repairs. Fixed up, the home will list for 170k or higher. As I am out of town it is difficult to get these things done. So, I am offering the house at this price for someone to do the work themselves.
