This home has been in a recent fire and needs major repair. The naborhood is a bit run down but not to many break-ins in the area. From the driveway you can see McDonald's and a real good Mexican joint across the street. We are behind on our payments and really need to get out as soon as possible. Friends and family may still park in the drive and out on the street during fishing season but it's pretty quick and they will be gone. Thankx
