Ideal roommate is clean, responsible, and respectful of the space and others. There is plenty to do in the neighborhood, so it is a great spot for people who like to go out once in a while. Most importantly we are looking for a roommate who is conducive to a chill and respectful living environment. Both males and females are welcome.
