The grocery store and hospital are only 2 minutes away and downtown Everett and the waterfront is only 15 blocks for restaurants, parks, and sunsets. This is a 12 month lease. Tenant will pay rent plus all utilities. Trash service needs to include yard waste. The City of Everett water and sewer bill is approximately $150 a month. It has to stay in the Landlord's name, but tenant can pay it directly or pay Landlord as a pass-thru. Yard maintenance is required with this property. With mature rhodies, lilacs, and fruit trees, it needs a tenant who enjoys keeping it in nice shape. Landlord will provide a lawnmower for tenant's convenience. However, the lease will include a stipulation that Landlord has the right to engage a lawn service at tenant's expense if tenant does not maintain their yard. This is intended to keep the property looking kept up and in-line with the neighborhood.
