Small 1 bedroom cottage coming available mid April. 2 blocks from the beach and steps away from shops and restaurants in Lincoln City. Very close to lighthouse coffee. There is also a small carport that comes with this unit. The pictures on here are of unit A. Unit B is what is coming available but the tenant has not moved out yet and I have to renovate it. Unit A and B are the same size and layout. They will just have different finishes and colors. The outside of B is right now brown but will be painted a more coastal appropriate color. I can show you unit A right now, as I am finishing up renovating it, so you can see the size and talk about what some of the fixture and color differences will be. For size reference the bedroom is small at only aprox 7.5' x 9'. We will consider pets but only on a limited basis and we will be picky about them. If you have multiple animals it will be a no.
