If your unit will be vacant during the winter for a prolonged period, leave the heat on at the lowest setting to avoid frozen pipes. Street parking only. No smoking is permitted. The roof deck is open from 7 am until 12 midnight. The west side of the roof deck may be reserved for small parties from 6 pm until 12 midnight, for a maximum of thirty people. $75.
