3 Bedroom 3 bathroom ranch style home located right across the street from MLK Elementary school. Crazy large garage, vaulted ceilings, open kitchen/dining area and a central vacuum system that'll ruin you for ever living in a place that doesn't have one for the rest of your life. Owner also lives next door. What that means to you is that I care less about what I sell the house for (property values are bonkers right now, so that'll work itself out) than I do about who I sell the house to. I'd love to sell to a young family that believes vaccinations are a good thing & that the former president may have been ill-suited to the position from a temperamental standpoint -- which is a gentle way of saying MAGA nation should look elsewhere.
