Access to the trail for hiking and biking is right out the front door. Lot's of natural light. Down side, the bedrooms are very small. I am looking for a long term tenant. Min. 2 years. Low maintenance yard. Proof of work/income essential Absolutely no smoking nor MMJ. No I will not work with anyone wanting to pay part of their deposit later. I really would like a tenant that has a good reference from the former landlord. I prefer no pets. I would like to see excellent credit score. Please do not disturb the tenant.
