This home's location is incredibly convenient, as it's located in between 75 and 275. If there is traffic, this location makes it easy to avoid. It takes about 6-10 minutes to get to Covington or downtown Cincinnati. The neighborhood is family friendly with a park a few blocks away. A large back deck and fenced in back yard provide ample outdoor space. Pets will need to be approved prior to move-in. There is a 1 car garage with a large storage room, washer/dryer, a large driveway, and open street parking. The driveway has a basketball hoop and the previous renters even used it as a pickle ball court! The kitchen, basement, bathroom and roof are all new or have been upgraded within the past few years. Please excuse the mix of photos - the current renters have not moved out yet. The house will be empty, painted, and thoroughly cleaned prior to move-in. This was my first home and I poured quite a bit of love into making it bright and welcoming. I still miss the house and the location and I'm excited for another family to enjoy it :) 1 year lease, 1st month's rent and 1 month security deposit due at lease signing (refunded at move out if no damages), garbage included but all other utilities paid by renter, absolutely no smoking in house, pets are pending approval (fenced in back yard is great for dogs!)
