Studio apartments come with a gas stove and oven, a refrigerator and a gas wall heater. Resident pays for electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash. We provide one parking permit per home. Our Security Deposit is $500 on approved credit and up to the monthly rent on credit scores below a 675. We welcome cats and dogs with a $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. Six Month Lease required.
