In 2022 we just finished construction on a two bedroom home and the most private bedroom is currently available anytime after 2/20/2026. It features 12' vaulted ceilings, it's own private HVAC unit, double-paned casement windows, and modern wood flooring. You will have off-street parking. From the kitchen, double-outswinging doors allow full access to the large-private backyard creating an open-air feel in the home unique in Santa Barbara. Redwood custom bar highlights the modern kitchen and bathroom, and it's a fun place to host dinner parties, or eat breakfast in the sunshine. Step out the door and it's a 20 minute walk to downtown, and close to some of the best beaches. We can offer a year, or a month to month lease, but are looking for a long-term tenant. The only additional costs are for 1/3 of the gas, water and electric bill. These can vary between about $25 and $75 per person per month. We don't allow smoking or pets.
