One of the bedrooms also has a small bed for a toddler and a pack-and-play for an infant. Each bedroom has an upholstered queen bed with a high-end memory-foam mattress and top-notch bedding. If you are traveling with a baby or a toddler, there is a small bed and a pack-and-play in one of the upstairs rooms. You will have all the essentials. There is a closet in every room with plenty of space to hang your clothes. One-car detached garage. Two cars can easily park in front of the garage. Also, there is plenty of space on the street in front of the house. The rental price includes all utilities, with a cap of $400 monthly maximum. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed. No use of marijuana inside or outside the house. $1000 fine for breaking this rule. No drugs or guns on property allowed. No fiddling or tampering with security cameras. $100 non-refundable one-time pet fees per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Monthly pet rent of $75 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. No sub-letting or sub-leasing. Move-out cleaning cost will be charged after move-out. This includes a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. All utilities included in the rent with a cap of $400 per month. Renter insurance required.
