This quaint apartment is located in historic Butchertown, just on the outskirts of downtown Louisville, and is within 2 miles of 4 hospitals. It is walking distance to Waterfront Park and the Big Four Bridge, the new botanical gardens, coffee, donuts, shopping, food, music, fun...and so much more. Owner pays for water and wifi. Electric is provided up to a maximum of $100/month. Any amount over $100 will be billed to the renter. One pet will be considered with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $100 per month. This is a non-smoking apartment, so no smoking of any kind is allowed inside of the property. One off-street parking space is included in the rent. There are no parties allowed on the premises. This apartment is located in a carriage house at my primary residence.
