This cottage is part of the Townie Cottages Resort, a private community of 4 separate homes that share a 20' x 40' inground pool and a communal fire pit. Access to the beach is just a short trip away. The area is known for its mom-and-pop bakeries, destination design stores, woodsy gravel roads, and pristine Lake Michigan beach access. There are plenty of biking paths, vineyards, and distilleries within a short distance that draw families and couples from throughout the Midwest. From June 15th to August 24, 2024, this home has a 7-day minimum with check-ins/outs on Saturdays only. The minimum age to rent this home is 25. Pets are not allowed at this property. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation, covering accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Out of respect for our staff and their families, check-ins or check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
