I am moving out of my one bedroom in Edgewater and I am looking to find a re-let. The unit is on the top-floor- sunny, with windows on the east and west side, spacious (over 900 sq ft), and is in a quiet, gated community with a large, beautiful courtyard and intercom system. All the rooms in the unit are quite large, and there are three closets, updated appliances, oak floors, and a vintage built-in cabinet. Laundry is on-site. I have lived here over three years and signed my lease for this coming year, but now, unfortunately have to move. I have truly enjoyed living here and recommend the building to everyone! The management is great, and on-site, and maintenance is also on-site- so any maintenance issues are fixed right away! The area is great- nice neighborhood, easy parking, short walk to Andersonville and the CTA red line. You will be signing a re-let, so I will no longer be on the lease. The lease will go through April of 2021 (or I might recommend starting a new lease to lock in my current monthly rent!) I am moving out mid-August or start of September.
