Hello! We are renting our house on a corner lot in the North End, just blocks from Hyde Park and Camels' Back - 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs. There is also a sizable landing at the top of the stairs, which we used as an office. - The two upstairs bedrooms each have walk-in closets. They share a full bath with bathtub/shower. The larger upstairs bedroom is very big and also has a side nook that could be used as an office space. - The downstairs bedroom has an adjacent en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. - First floor contains open floor plan dining room, kitchen, and living room with wrap-around windows. - Wood floors throughout almost the entire house, with carpets in one of the upstairs bedroom, which was replaced in April. - Top-quality appliances in the kitchen, including a Wolf stove with vent hood. Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave included. Separate pantry for additional storage. - Basement contains washer/dryer and large storage space. - Air conditioned Outside/yard information - Detached two-car garage, plus space to park two more cars in the driveway. - Fenced backyard with patio, grass, and raised garden beds. The patio has a shade canopy. - Front yard is also fenced, with a porch and porch swing The location - On the corner of 9th and Alturas in the heart of the North End. - Short walk to Hyde Park, Camelsback, etc. About 20 minutes to walk downtown. - Zoned for Longfellow Elementary, North Junior High, and Boise High. Only a block from elementary school. Please note that the photos show furniture, but the house is empty and being rented unfurnished (aside from appliances). The terms - Utilities not included - Open to pets, including larger dogs. We charge a one-time $250 fee per pet that is non-refundable, to cover additional costs of cleaning. - We are available to schedule tours starting 7/6 - Prefer a 1-year lease but please reach out if you want to discuss a different arrangement. - Must obtain renters' insurance - No smoking - Gardening/yard services are not included, so you will need to maintain the yard (really just mow the grass as you see fit) and handle any show shoveling in the winter - Must apply and pay rent through Zillow Rental Manager--Zillow application includes a background check. We are happy to show you the house before you go through the full application process, though, so you can see if it's a good fit for you. - The Zillow application will take proof of your income (for example, pay stubs). We are looking for a minimum monthly income (for all adults signing the lease combined) of at least $10,000 before tax. If your financial situation is unusual, please feel free to reach out to discuss. We are the owners and live nearby, so we are generally flexible to come by and give you a tour.
