Home has updated wiring. Sewage lines are 85 percent all replaced. All Doors and windows were replaced 7 years ago. Furnace was new 10 years ago. The home will come with appliances including a new stove, new dishwasher, side by side fridge, front load washer, dryer and a deep freezer. I will also leave the riding tractor. The schools in the area are excellent. I have a large piece of ground and there are two vacant lots beside me for sale. The neighborhood is quite, no problems at all. This is a road that is not highly travelled. Home needs minor work, painted, trim and such. I am working on it slowly. When its done I will raise the price and list with a realitor. Nows the time to buy the house at a great price. I am selling due to a new job and I can afford a larger house. I have a family of 6 and have outgrown this house.
