The room is $1748/month plus utilities, so it's perfect for a couple (works out to be $874/person that way,) but we'd also take a single person willing to pay the whole amount. The apartment is in an AMAZING neighborhood. We're 2 blocks from the Bergen St. F train stop, 2 blocks from Trader Joes, and within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, and amenities. Seriously, it's awesome. Our apartment is a third story walk-up, and we are the only live-in tenants (the first and second floors are commercial.) There's a yoga studio on the second floor, so if you're a yogi this is pretty ideal. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all very good sized for New York. The room would be furnished with a Queen sized bed, dresser, large TV, and 2 nightstands. We won't be taking ALL of our stuff out of the room, but we'll make sure to give you plenty of space to put your own things. There's also a smaller room off of our bedroom that we use as an office that has 2 desks. There are 2 other male roommates with whom you'd be sharing the apartment.
