We are looking for someone to take over our apartment lease within the next month or so. We want to be moved out by either the end of March or April, whichever you prefer. The apartment is a two bedroom, one bath, washer dryer hookup. We have only been moved in since January, but due to being pregnant we want to move closer to Eaton. The apartment is $637 a month with water, trash, and gas included. The only other things that you would have to pay for is the Wi-Fi you want, electric, and whatever cable provider. We personally just use Netflix and Hulu rather than paying for cable. We have not hung anything on the walls, so there are no holes and the walls were just painted for us to move in. You are however allowed to paint the walls as long as you prime them before you move out. They also put in brand new carpet and counter tops. The lease is over in January 2018. There is a pool and a volleyball court. Also have free parking. You have to show proof of income and pass a background check to live in the complex.
