Great house in an amazing location in the lower San Carlos hills, for rent by owner, son of the original builder in 1978. Walking distance to multiple elementary schools (Arundel, Brittan Acres - short drive to Tierra Linda, Heather, White Oaks), middle schools, and Carlmont High School. One mile to the Caltrain station and downtown San Carlos. Four bedrooms - very large master bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in closet. Approximately 19' x 14'. Two other bedrooms are on the top floor that share an unattached bathroom that has been remodeled. Bedroom 2: 13' x 13' (grey walls with curtains) Bedroom 3: 15' x 11' (green carpet, no window coverings) Fourth bedroom is large, and on the ground/driveway level with its own entrance and bathroom with shower. 18' x 12' Large living room, floor to ceiling windows, and custom bookshelves with the capacity for hundreds of books.
