It is a clean well maintained 2 BR 1 Bath apartment with low utility costs (tenant only pays gas and electric) and a large eat in kitchen. There are w/d hookups in the bathroom. There is an oversize one car garage that fits a new full sized truck no problem. The rent is $700 a month. No pets.
