Subletting with chance to renew! Available August 27th/28th and our lease ends September 21st, so you can either just stay for the four weeks or use the sublet as a chance to lease the apartment for longer at a lower rate through the complex (central park apartments) directly. the complex does have a subletting fee that we will split with you: 300/2= $150. It's a great apartment on the first floor with a little patio and small yard, super nearby the complex's pool and gym. The apartment gets good light in the winter, has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, and has laundry in-unit. The larger bedroom also has a larger walk-in closet (second bedroom also has walk-in closet, but smaller). The bathroom is a double vanity. Overall good storage in the apartment too. Comes with a covered parking spot plus plenty of open parking nearby. Maintenance team is super responsive but the unit is already pretty updated I would say! In addition to the nice pool and gym, the complex also has tennis and beach volleyball courts, a dog park, and walking trails nearby. Walkable to walmart, target, kroger, and the meridian farmers market. Dogs/cats are allowed but the complex does charge a pet deposit per pet. Renter pay all utilities.
