The community has a large pool, a couple of playgrounds and pathways to stroll a pet around or get some exercise around the community. **No pets allowed for this home. Rental Criteria - Applicants must make a combined income of 3+ the rent amount - No Evictions within the last 10 years ( applies to all applicants) - Credit score must be 650 or higher (please call if you have had medical or student loan debts). In some cases if the credit score is lower due to these things, we will consider with additional security deposit) 1 year lease only, after one year, tenant will have the option to renew if they pass annual inspection.
