Open to dogs (no more than 2) with additional pet deposit. Wonderful privacy treeline in the backyard, great neighbors on all sides, and zoned for Crimson Point Elementary, KMS, and KHS. We will arrange lawn service unless you'd like to do it on your own. Please message if interested in doing a walk through. This is a one year rental agreement from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Utilities are included in the base rent ($2500).
