The Delaware River trail is a 7 minute walk. Biking or transiting downtown is under 10 minutes. There are myriad food and drink options in the neighborhood, or take a quick walk to Passyunk Avenue. Multiple grocery stores, corner stores and Target are also a quick walk. Farmer's market in the park every Sunday.
