A full bath is shared between the two roommates. The other shared space includes the kitchen, fully furnished with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Also, enjoy a full-size refrigerator, living room, dining area, and recliner chairs with side tables designed for computer workstations. Behind the kitchen, in a separate room, is a full-size washer & dryer. This is a basement apartment that you enter from the back side of the home with your own keypad code. I call it a semi-private entrance as there are three doors there. One for tenants, one from the upstairs (where the 2nd landlord, Pam, lives), and one that goes into the garage. On occasion, Pam needs to directly enter the garage from her upstairs door. Once to twice a week, Pam will need to access the laundry room. Its a sharp turn at the bottom of the stairs, so she will not come into your space. She will always text for permission. The backyard has a large patio with a picnic table, umbrella, and chairs for enjoying the sun and fresh air. Directly behind the home is Jefferson County Open Space, where you can hike, run, or bike. If you have a bike, you may store it in the laundry room. Rent can be paid through Zelle, cash, bank check, cashiers check. We do not accept pets. There is no smoking of any kind in the apartment, on the premises, or in your car in front of the home. This includes vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or anything! Eviction will take place immediately if any of this occurs. This roommate rental is for students or people who work long hours and are looking for a quiet place to enjoy, relax, study, and get quality rest. No parties allowed. Be respectful of your roommate and clean up after yourself in the common shared areas. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or clothes on the floor. Short-term guests during the daytime are only allowed if pre-approved by the roommate and the landlord, Pam, on the upstairs level. Guests do not have overnight privileges or showering privileges. If you have friends or family coming into town to visit, they will need to book a hotel. We are trying to keep the rent low with it being furnished and utilities paid. In doing so we ask that you keep showers to 5 minutes, do laundry only when you have a full load, and outside of the M-F 1 PM - 7 PM hours. The City of Golden Charges 3 times the normal price of electricity between the states hours, so we ask that you refrain from doing laundry at this time. If you are in a pinch, there is a laundromat just down Quaker St. called Sami's Suds, 16400 S Golden Rd. Thanks for understanding! You have no responsibility for any maintenance. If you find anything not in good working order, report it to one of the landlords immediately. You will be given information at move-in for contact information.
