A documented gross monthly income of 3x the monthly rental rate OR enough funds to cover the initial 12 month lease (with the 6 most current statements) is required. We would not consider prepaid rent in lieu of qualifications. $60 per adult (screening fees are nonrefundable). Security deposit (1.5x or 2x for conditional approval), $300 one-time fee per pet (if applicable, check to see if the home allows pets/if there are breed restrictions), $100 one time admin fee to set up the account and prorated rent. Actual amounts will be calculated after the hold deposit has been received, move in date has been scheduled and the lease has been generated. Hold Deposit instructions will be issued upon application approval. Deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours of submission to a Nevada State Properties representative. The amount due will depend upon move in date and will be applied to security deposit upon move-in: 0-14 days= $500
