Hello I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house for rent in Federal Hill. This house is own by me which has been in my family for 3 generations. I took ownership in 2008 and remodeled the house completely with LED recess lights throughout, Granite countertop in kitchen, whirlpool tub with jets in tub, tv in master bathroom, hardwood floors, drywall, ceiling fans, AC / Heat, and stainless steel appliances. But more recently I have installed laminated hardwood on the 2nd floor, repainted the entire house inside and out, and had the house professionally cleaned. Utilities are paid by the tenant. How ever with the maintenance of the house I will not make you pay the property manager fees for fixing items unless you intentionally broke a item in the house. If a LED Bulb goes out let me know i will replace them, ac stops working let me know right away, and any items like that please all i ask is to let me know right away. Really the only item as maintenance I ask tenants to supply is the fridge water filter. I'm open to pets if needed which there is a small pet deposit $500 per pet or we can discuss this if there is more then one pet to work out a deposit.
