We are a family of two who would like to rent out our two extra bedrooms for college students. Located 2-5 minutes away from the south college. We can either have the rented room fully furnished or cleared out. The restroom will be shared as well as the common areas. I am not the best at describing things but feel free to message me if interest and come check it out. There's space for parking in the front. The monthly cost is a flat $450, but any damages the tenants might cost will be added to bill. Smoking is allowed just not inside the home. We have washer and dryer.
