Roof replaced 2016 Foam with ceramic coating on top. Never needs white coat applied due to ceramic coating on top of foam. Doggy door. Security door on front door, Patio door off family room to backyard. No repairs needed except maybe replacing metal shed. Had new pipes put in house and back yard from water meter to house.
