Home gym downstairs with a power rack, so most people here end up cancelling their membership. Private backyard with big trees along the back, a grill and a smoker I actually use. Kitchen is fully stocked down to the spices. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, A/C, a fireplace, and an 80" TV with a PS5 and a Switch in the living room. Close to everything without being in the middle of it. Ten minutes on foot to Sprouts, fifteen to Sawtelle, three to the Nuart. Westwood Park is around the corner. Five minutes to the 405, UCLA straight up Westwood Blvd. The new Metro stations in Westwood open in 2027 and will be walkable from here. Practical things: the full bathroom upstairs is shared between the three rooms. I have a cat, so I can't take additional pets. One person per room. Smoking outside is fine. Utilities split evenly and usually land around $100 a month, and I cover the household stuff detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, spices. Street parking is easy here, and there's a garage spot for $100/mo if you want one. It's a calm house. People clean up after themselves, nobody's throwing parties.
