Just a few minutes from Hollywood beach and the Broadwalk with all restaurants and entertainment, kids playground, basketball and tennis courts. Everything for kids/toddlers! Private gym (per additional request) with treadmill/machines, weights. High-end appliances, brand new remodeling, high quality kitchen utensils. Everything you need for pool and beach. Security cameras around the property. Double-sized lot with space to play, enjoy sun bath and pool. Please share your desired dates of stay in your initial request. Deposit amount varies based on the stay duration. Available for minimum 30 days. Mid term, 6 months, up to 1 year possible. We cover backyard maintenance, weekly pool maintenance, water and irrigation. Tenant covers electricity and any additional pool cleaning. Pool heating costs 150/week per request (recommended from November till March EOM). Monthly price is set for 6 months lease. Different prices for 1-2 months ($7940), 2-4 months ($7520), 4-6 months ($7300), 6+ months - $6900. Mid term is a subject to tax (not included in price). Furnishing is included for 1-4 months stay; possible for extra fee based on rent duration (refer to photos; subject to negotiate). Security deposit amount varies. Tenant must arrange monthly deep cleaning to maintain property at high level.
