Any decision will be based on the nature and severity of the offense, the time elapsed, and evidence of rehabilitation Applicant acknowledges that a consumer report and tenant screening report may be obtained in connection with this application. Screening reports may include credit history, rental history, eviction history, criminal background, income verification, and other information relevant to tenancy. Consumer reports are obtained through AppFolio, Inc. Applicants have the right to obtain a free copy of their report and to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information contained in the report.
