The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. Every potential occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate application with separate contact information. The security deposit must be paid via bank-certified check or money order and a lease signed by all parties within 2 business days from the time of approval notification. A new tenant admin fee of $120.00 will be due with first month's rent and fees, which will be due at least 3 business days prior to the lease start date. Renters insurance + Liability to Landlord insurance are required. If tenants do not supply their own renter's insurance with liability to landlord insurance included at least the day before their lease start date, they will be charged $15/month for Liability to Landlord Insurance.
