    HOME DESCRIPTION: 6/28/2026 Home is currently PENDING. The master bath is currently being updated. (Still need to update the pics) I should be able to start showing the home after June 19th. I also just installed 5 CAT6 network/internet outlets in the living room where the smart TV would be. This should be more than enough internet/network outlets to service multiple gaming devices, streaming Blu-ray player, smart TV, Roku and any other devices requiring a solid internet connection. Also, in the TV Rec room, I installed 2 sets of COAX and Ethernet outlets on opposite sides of the TV room to give you more flexibility on how to setup the room. There is a 24 port business grade network switch that will provide gigabit speeds to all wired outlets. All in all, $3,000.00 of internet network/video cabling has been added to the house. Also, I installed an Ubiquiti wireless WIFI access point equipment in the center of the house which will provide a solid WIFI connection in every room. A park with tennis courts, basketball, and baseball field is a block away. The is an elementary school a couple blocks away. Quick access to I-405, I-167 and I5 are only 5 minutes away. Boeing is less than 10 minutes away. There is an oversized one car garage and a large locked shed in the back yard for your storage and also a 4th room that can be used as an office or storage room in the house. It also has a 2 car driveway for parking and front of the house street parking. Utilities will be the tenant's responsibility. Minimum verifiable combined income requirement is $110,000.00 per year. No Dogs or Cats This is a 12 month lease, renewable at the end of the term. I will require first $2950.00 for month's rent + $2950.00 damage/security deposit. You must have a minimum FICO score of 675. You must have a minimum verifiable combined annual household income of at least $110,000.00. No pets. You and any other members of your household must be non-smokers. Sorry, I am not setup for Section 8.
