MSU Students - this house is great for you. It's a 1 bathroom, 3 bedroom, full basement home with hard wood floors. About 0.75 miles off of the north east side MSU's campus (roughly a 15 minute walk). Driveway has enough room for 4 small cars or 3 larger cars. Occupancy is limited at 4 people. MINIMUM SCREENING and SHOWING STANDARDS: *Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved or shown the house. Applicants must have current photo id and valid social security number. If you have any questions/concerns about the house feel free to contact me via text or email, my contact information is below. Rent is due on the first of every month; optionally (not required) you can pay for multiple months (up to 1 year) in advance. Utilities are not covered in the monthly rent (water, electric, gas, and internet). Utility management is up to the tenants (if you don't want to manage the utilities the land lord can, in the event that you choose this option the total utility bill will be requested at the end of each month). If you are to bring an animal (dog/cat) each animal is an additional 50/per month.
