This room has light brown rug which has taken a few stains but is mostly still clean. The living room is next to this room and is a tiny bit bigger than what anyone would need for a tv watching area, so it can be dedicated toward something that doesn't take a lot of space. Most of the dark brown rug is here. Conjoined with the living room is the kitchen where the linoleum is, which is chipping a bit. There are no appliances included, so you can bring your own stove without lugging away the old one, It's a gas connection. Next is the hallway leading to the bathroom and the last room. The other bedroom is located right next to the full bathroom. This also has light brown rug which has really taken a beating, though I'm planning on going through it with a machine. Both rooms actually have closets with rug, i believe, that has generally escaped unscathed. It's a sturdy home, no major issues from what i can tell, but it's had some water damage in the past with the previous owner consequently repairing the roof and parts of the ceiling that needed immediate replacement. No A/C, but has heating, not sure what kind of heating though. It actually has a broken a/c unit out back, so I'm guessing replacing it would fix that. Other than that, the outside has a storage shed, there's no grass aside from the front porch, and that back and front door have door chains. Thank you for your consideration.
