The kitchen includes almost all new GE slate appliances including a 22 cubic foot refrigerator, self-cleaning range, and microwave. Down the hallway you will find the large bathroom, a 6-foot by 3-foot walk in closet, and the spacious bedrooms. The bedroom features a ceiling fan and a wall-to-wall closet to store all your clothes and shoes. Each unit within our community features many energy-saving upgrades, including dual-pane Anderson windows and R44 insulation in the outside walls and attic. In addition to saving tenant costs for heating and air conditioning, these upgrades insulate the apartments from street noise. Safety and security are of importance to us- the buildings are completely gated with code entry and surveillance cameras are installed throughout the exterior of the buildings. Our community also features two shared laundry rooms with coin-operated washers and dryers. Our laundry rooms have also been upgraded and include a 3 cubic foot lockable storage for each resident to store laundry detergents and any other items seen fit. Our laundry rooms also offer hanging bike storage for residents. The City provides free resident parking permits for unlimited parking along T and 17th Streets where non-residents are limited to an hour. When the opportunity permits, residents will be offered an opportunity for off-street parking for an additional $50 monthly charge. Safeway, Philz, Peet's Coffee, Light Rail and many fine restaurants are within walking distance while the UCD Medical. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, internet and cable (if desired) Qualifications- A combined household income of verifiable income to be 2.5x rent.
