You may leave the home here in which case the lot rent is $322 a month or take the home elsewhere. The lot is fenced in and park is very pet friendly. There are several residents here who work with animal rescue groups. Of all the neighbors I have had at various addresses, these would be our favorites. The park has an HOA, church group, and a large pool as well as basketball courts. All mechanicals in the house are working well. The water heater is 2 years old. The central ac/heat is still in warranty. Both electrical and plumbing are fine. The home comes with all appliances including the refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and the stove. It is wired for cable and internet. There are some cosmetic scrapes and dings but nothing that would take much to correct. In the summertime our electric/a.c. bill on average was $120 monthly Taxes with Bexar are paid for the year and are around $240 annually. HOA fees are included in the lot rent. The office here is only for the HOA which exists to keep the park from going downhill and that truly makes for a nicer environment. They are not in the business of buying and selling the homes so you are dealing with a salaried board member not a sales rep. We'll miss our home and this place.
