Insurance waiver required: $15 through us or upload of policy required prior to move in. Internet will be in your own name and set up through service provider. Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. Lease Terms: 6-12 months.
