Insurance waiver required: $15 through us or upload of policy required prior to move in. Internet will be in your own name and set up through service provider. Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. Lease Terms: 6-12 months. On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: 650 minimum credit score Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. Positive rental history Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 650 credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their application.
