You can you to access the beach, lake, and local pub just a stroll away in our private backyard trail. We have a grand stone fireplace, lake views, and great astral visibility from the deck. With a professional grade billiards table, private hot tub, walking access to the lake, and a short drive to Sugar Bowl, your perfect alpine adventure awaits. Come, make memories in this picturesque haven. The space We have 5 bedrooms and 9 beds in this Cabin. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: Cal King w/ private bathroom Bedroom 2: Cal king and Queen w/ private bathroom Bedroom 3: Cal King Ground floor: Bedroom 1: Cal King (biggest closet!) Basement floor: 4 twin beds in the form of 2 bunk beds It's important to note as well that if there is a BERM in front of the property, you may need to grab shovels in the garage and move the berm out so you can drive through to the sloped driveway. Our driveway is cleared by a professional service, but if there is recent snowfall, we won't be able to get there to get it cleared in time. This is part of the fun and adventure of cabin booking in Sierra Nevadas and Lake Tahoe! Other things to note Guest count does not include children under 13. Kindly inform us via messaging if you'll be accompanied by children in this age group. New to Truckee? Friendly heads-up: it's a local norm to avoid leaving food or fragrances in your vehicle, including pet food. If you're familiar, just a quick reminder. We want your stay to be fantastic! Important Note: While we hire pros for driveway clearing, there's a slight chance you may need to shovel on arrival. Shovels are in the garage in case of any snow berms. For 2WD cars, consider bringing chains due to our sloped driveway. Furthermore, as pets aren't allowed on our property, there's an excellent pet lodge only a 10-minute drive from here. In line with Truckee town regulations, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down between 9:30pm and 7am. This ordinance aims to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for both residents and visitors alike. We ask all guests to respect this ordinance during their stay. Hot tub use not allowed after 9:30 PM Pack and Play crib needs to be requested 3-days before your check-in. While using the hot tub, only hit the temperature and jets buttons. do not hit the mode button as that will put it in sleep mode. Monthly lease available for September - December months
