The Master Suite has a king size Tempurpedic mattress - the best quality you can find, as well as 2 custom California Closets, and a convenient office area. We have transformed the lanai/sunroom to accommodate a conversion bedroom. Complete with a double sized murphy bed, sliding glass doors that look outside, closet & storage, this room can be easily converted from a lanai during the day to a 2nd bedroom at night. Hidden doors to the living area can be closed for privacy. The vaulted ceilings and skylight in the living area is open and airy. Comes furnished with tv, wifi, leather couch (with 2 reclining end chairs) - you will love this feature! There is also a massaging side chair to relax in. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with a pull out insert to extend the size of the table. The kitchen comes equipped with everything that you'll need to cook and clean! There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the bathroom. Please feel free to use the 2 bikes we have locked up in the covered parking area by your parking spot. Remember to always re-lock bikes when not in use. There is also adjacent visitor parking for any of your guests. There are a wide variety of activities at Pelican Cove that as a guest, you would have full access to! Please NOTE: All owners and guests are expected to exercise extreme caution and practicing social distancing in order to make sure everyone stays safe and healthy. We expect all guests to maintain a distance of 6' from others who are not part of your household, wear masks when in closer contact, wash your hands with soap and water, avoid large gatherings, stay home if you are sick, isolate for 14 days if you have been exposed, quarantine if you have tested positive. Also be aware that certain amenities/activities may not be available or only available on a limited basis due to Covid-19. Feel free to contact us for updated information. Guest access - You must call the security entrance to notify them of any guests that you may have during your stay. There is visitor parking in uncovered spots and those indicated as Guest Parking. Rent includes cable & internet, however tenant is responsible for any additional fees that are incurred. Tenant is responsible for paying electric. This is a very tight-knit community and we all need to be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings. Absolutely no smoking in or outside the unit or on the property. No pets are allowed.
