This is an amazing apartment community! Has an outdoor pool and spa, gym, and community center. The apartment itself is in the back of the community. The deck faces the wet lands, it is very peaceful and quit. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I am being transferred to Portland for work. You will not have to worry about a deposit because I have already put one down. Just have to fill out and application for approval in the office. This apartment is $200 less then what they are offering it currently.
